Aivar's pepper

I received Ivar pepper seeds from the USA. They had a very interesting description of the variety, in which it was reported that the pepper was so named after a special dish - ajvar, which is widely prepared on the Balkan Peninsula. All the charm of this variety manifests itself after baking (in the Balkans they bake on fires, in ours - in the oven). The pepper has a unique aroma of rose hips, a strong sweet taste and an incredibly delicate silky texture of the pulp.

A plant of average height, can grow in a greenhouse and in an open ground. The fruits are cone-shaped, flattened, with a dense shiny "varnished" skin.
